  • Seeking one BC/BE Geriatric fellowship, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine trained physician
  • Office space will be located in the Utah Valley Clinic attached to the Utah Valley Hospital
  • Clinic is a Medical Home Model Clinic
  • Excellent clinical support staff which allows you to focus on delivering quality medical care
  • Four day work week
  • Hospitalists cover all inpatients
  • Employment position with the Intermountain Medical Group
