Practice Information - Richfield
- Seeking one BC/BE Family Medicine physician with OB to work at the Sevier Valley Clinic in Richfield
- Join a group of 4 family medicine physicians and 2 advanced practice providers
- Traditional FM practice with wide variety of care
- 4 -6 ER shifts per month paid by the hour in addition to regular pay
- Full time anesthesia coverage
- Ultrasound and X-ray available
- Employment position with the Intermountain Medical Group

Practice Information - Bountiful
- One BC/BE Family Medicine physician needed to join a group of ten
- OB experience is required
- Family Medicine call is 1:10, as call group includes four other FM physicians from other clinics in the community
- OB call group consists of 4 providers, in collaboration with two other clinics
- Opportunity to be as busy as you would like. Most recent Family Medicine physician hired is currently booked out six weeks.
- OB/GYN support in clinic and from our Avenues Women’s Clinic OB/GYNs in the area
- Support staff includes an MA, Care Manager, Pharmacist and RN for the department
- Employment position with the Intermountain Medical Group

Requirements
- Board Certified/ Board Eligible in family medicine
- Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
- U.S. ACGME Residency
