Practice Information

• One BC/BE Internist is needed to join a group of three providers
• Outpatient only, group utilizes our hospitalist service for inpatient coverage
• Office space is located in our outpatient multi-specialty clinic on the campus of American Fork Hospital
• Clinic is a Certified Medical Home Model clinic
• Clinic has Mental Health Integration
• Employment position with the Intermountain Medical Group
• This service is critical to the success of a population health strategy
• Visa sponsorship not available

 Requirements

• Board Certified/ Board Eligible in internal medicine
• Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
• U.S. ACGME Residency
